Job Description:

Under the direction of the Director of the Business Institute & Professional Education, this position is responsibile for preparing credentialing applications and collecting, compiling, and preparing statistical data for reports for the Continuing Education for Health Professionals Program.

Some duties include:

  • Assisting nurse and mental health professionals in the preparation of professional credentialing applications
  • Assisting in the preparation of reports for maintaining professional credentialing
  • Organizing and maintaining CEHP co-provider files to ensure compliance

Requirements:

The ideal candidate for this position will possess the following qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree
  • Four years of general administrative and office support experience
  • Advanced word processing (Microsoft Word preferred) and intermediate spreadsheet application (Microsoft Excel preferred) skills
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to handle the responsiblities and duties of multiple projects in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
  • Organizational, time management and problem solving skills
  • Ability to mentally attend and visually concentrate on a significant amount of detailed work


Additional Information:

SALARY: $27.48 per hour  
 
******This is a TEMPORARY position that is scheduled for August 16, 2010 - December 31, 2010******
